It appears that Israel's sneaky expulsion of the Palestinians who still have money, was to get rid of the most educated ones who could do more with rebuilding plans or governing Gaza...etc. And Israel's accomplices made money off of these Palestinians, who were made to sign what appears to be a no right of return contract.
